Western Ventures was awarded the contract for the King County CID Tenant Improvement project.  We anticipate the notice to proceed on that project the first week of January.  Work is now underway for the Jackson Center Renovations at Everett Community College.  During the holidays staff will be operating on a limited schedule.  Please refer to our contact page for email information as staff will be checking thier email regularly.

We were the low bidder for the Everett Community College Jackson Center Renovations.  Work will begin on Jackson Center in early December. We have been wrapping up all our Summer projects and will be bidding several projects in the coming weeks.  Please check our website regularly for updates to our bid schedule.

We were awarded the contract for two University of Washington projects.  The UW Sandpoint Building 5 C-120 Tenant improvements in late August and just this past week we were low bidder on the UWMC BB308 Radiology Faculty Office Remodel.  Check our website regularly for updates on our bid schedule.

We were awarded the contract for University of Washington Foege Building. We were the apparent low bidder for the City of Des Moines Beach Park Decking & the UWMC DAS BB17 projects. We would also like to welcome Beth to our team! She is replacing Bethany, who is leaving Western Ventures to pursue a Masters in Education degree.

Work is wrapping up at the University of Washington Child & Family Well-Being Center, Henry Art Gallery HVAC Upgrades, and B-Wing Fire Protection projects.
